Poggetto of Acquabona is situated on a hill at 61 mt. above sea level. It consists of the manor house and 40 acres of surrounding land which open to the guests.

Originally it was a monastery or a convent belonging to the archbishopric of Pisa.

The principal activity of the area is agricultural cultivating grapes and olives. The fields of sunflowers welcome the guests on their arrival.

The location offers a vast panorama extending from the Pisan hills to the Maritime Alps and the Apennines.
